Important Requirement: You must be an active AIS member to register for the conference. If you are not a member, visit members.aisnet.org and click “Join/Renew”.
Already a member? All existing members must create a new account login in the new system before registering. Please review the Step-by-Step Account Setup Instructions to get started.
New Registration? Click the “REGISTER NOW!” button below to begin.
Modify (add workshop, etc.) existing registration?
- Click the “MODIFY YOUR REGISTRATION” button below.
- Click the “Modify Registration” button found in the top right corner.
- Click “Next” on each page to step through your current details.
- Select the new workshops or sessions you want to add, then click “Next”.
- Continue clicking “Next” until you reach the “Order Review & Payment” page.
- Complete your payment to save your changes

AIS Membership Information
- It is important to note that this conference is open to current members of AIS. Please join or renew your AIS membership prior to registering for the conference. Click here for a current list of the Individual AIS membership rates.
- Please note: If you will be joining or renewing your AIS membership, your membership dues (AIS system) and registration (PACIS system) will be processed separately. You will receive a separate receipt for each transaction.

Guest Tickets
- Guest Welcome Reception Ticket: A guest welcome reception ticket includes access only to the Welcome Reception for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e. your spouse or friends).
- Guest Social Event Ticket: A guest social event ticket includes access only to the Social Event for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e. your spouse or friends).
- Both guest ticket options will be available for purchase during the registration process or you may purchase them during the conference.
Please note: Guest tickets are only for dinners, do not include access to any educational/academic sessions.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please email the name of the AIS member whom you would like to transfer your registration to and their email address to ais.pacis2026@gmail.com. Credits toward workshops, evening events or guest tickets are not allowed. Also note, the person you are transferring your registration to must register as the same registration type and have the same AIS membership status.
Cancellation and refund policy
Requests for refunds or cancellations must be in writing via email to ais.pacis2026@gmail.com, and are subject to the following schedule:
- Cancellation requests received before June 1st, 2026: full refund less $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests received between June 2nd and 8th, 2026: full refund less $100 administrative fee.
- June 9th, 2026 and onwards: no refund
